 ARE YOUR CHILDREN'S TOY SAFE ??


It is important to know that some toys can be dangerous, particularly if handled by very small children. Before purchasing a toy, read the age recommendation. Do not a give a toddler a toy meant for a 10-year-old.

                                                 Warning Labels
                  Look at the labels and pay attention to terms like 'flame retardant' and 'hygienic 
                  materials'.

                                                  Size Matters  
                  For infants, rattles and teething toys are great choices, but make sure they are not
                  small enough to swallow.

                                                    
                                                  Hazardous Items
                  Plastic wrappings are suffocation hazards and should be disposed of immediately.
                  Toys with long strings could be strangulation hazards.

                                                    Not Broken 
                  Make sure that stuffed toys have no holes from which the stuffing could come out.
